Variable data printing

This can be your answer if you want to keep the one design label but can allow you to identify multiple types by changing information including images and text, including:

  • ingredients, components

  • product codes

  • instructions for use

  • price and weight

  • date of manufacture, best before date, batch number

  • serialised barcodes

  • consecutive numbers

  • asset numbers

  • back of label numbering

  • warehouse and rack codes

Designed to Stick can provide the excellent service of printing the variable data in house.

However, you may want to print the variable data at your own workplace. We can assist you through the process of label printer selection and setup, to allow you to overprint the variable data on labels.

Barcode Printing (1D, 2D, QR)

It is important to understand what barcode type is required for your product, through to the information provided once scanned. Designed to Stick can help identify the best code for your requirement  - from the most common retail EAN13 barcode through to a 2D QR code which can carry additional information such as a web page link.

Accuracy and quality, when printing barcodes, is important to ensure barcode integrity. For labels numbered sequentially, it is essential to ensure that no duplication or missing numbers occur. Our in house bureau will provide the accurate number of error free labels. Along with our bespoke software system for verification, quality control measures are followed throughout all procedures, registering the numbers printed and despatched for each order.

We encourage you to contact us with any enquiries you have and we will provide the best solution for your label and printing requirements.
